The Economic & Community Development Department of the City of Pine Bluff is inviting Request for Proposals(RFP) from qualified organizations that provide economic development consultant services in the area of retail and restaurant recruitment.

All sealed proposals to submitted to:                                               Pine Bluff City Clerk Office of the City Clerk,                                         RFP Economic Development Consultant Services                             200 E. 8th Ave, Suite 202, Pine Bluff, AR 71601                                  no later than 2 P.M. (CST) on April19, 2024; at which time the sealed bids will be opened to the public and read aloud.
