2020 United States Census -
Determining the Future of Pine Bluff
The U.S. Census is a decennial count of the population as mandated by the U.S. Constitution. Although it only occurs every 10 years, it impacts daily life in monumental ways. Over the next 10 years, the federal government will distribute billions of dollars in funding to communities across the nation for education, health care, infrastructure, community programs, and more. The number of Pine Bluff residents that respond to the census will determine the community's access to this funding, as well as the city's representation in the U.S. Congress. If the city's population is undercounted, it will be underfunded. If everyone is counted, it will be fully funded.
Your participation will determine the success of Pine Bluff over the next decade. You are important. Stand and be counted.
