Commission Report Submission Portal

Each body will create a monthly report. The report should include:

  1. Name of Commission or body,
  2. The dates of the that month's meetings (August report provides August meeting dates),
  3. The minutes of that month's meetings (August report provides August minutes),
  4. Summary of activities/accomplishments of the past month,
  5. Plans, actions, and future goals to be undertaken by said body,
  6. The dates of the next month's meetings (August report provides September meeting dates).


  1. Please use the following naming convention: Commissionname_Month_Year
  2. This portal only allows PDF and JPG documents. Please make sure to save your documents as such.
