Commission Report Submission Portal
Each body will create a monthly report. The report should include:
- Name of Commission or body,
- The dates of the that month's meetings (August report provides August meeting dates),
- The minutes of that month's meetings (August report provides August minutes),
- Summary of activities/accomplishments of the past month,
- Plans, actions, and future goals to be undertaken by said body,
- The dates of the next month's meetings (August report provides September meeting dates).
- Please use the following naming convention: Commissionname_Month_Year
- This portal only allows PDF and JPG documents. Please make sure to save your documents as such.
