Separate sealed bids for the construction of Pine Bluff Little League Football & Soccer Fields will be received by the City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas at the Economic and Community Development Office 716 South Georgia St. Pine Bluff, AR 71601 until

2 PM Central Time

THURSDAY, July 25, 2024

at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

The project consists of the construction of a new 50-yard football field, a new 100-yard football field, and two new concrete bleacher pads.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 9:00 AM, Wednesday, July 10th, 2024, at the Oakland Park Concession Stand Agerton Dr. Pine Bluff, AR 71601. Potential contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond,
Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance
Bond, Business Relations Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Owner's Attorney, Drawings,
