"Public Notice of an RFP - Professional Economic Development Consulting Services - The Economic & Community Development Department of the City of Pine Bluff is inviting Request for Proposals(RFP) from qualified organizations that provide economic development consultant services in the area of retail and restaurant recruitment.  The RFP packet may be obtained by contacting Cynthia Anderson at canderson@cityofpinebluff-ar.gov or 870-543-1820. All sealed proposals are due to the City of Pine Bluff by the 2pm, 4/19/24, bid opening date.
