Consolidated Plan Public Hearing

The City of Pine Bluff will accept public comments on the 2025 Annual Action Plan from July 9, 2025, through August 8, 2025. Persons wishing to review this PLAN may do so online at:  www.cityofpinebluff-ar.gov/economic-and-community-development or a hard copy can be made available upon request by calling 870-543-1820.  Comments can be sent to: ecdhomes@cityofpinebluff-ar.gov or mailed to: Economic & Community Development, 716 S. Georgia St., Pine Bluff, AR 71601. The City's Economic & Community Development Department will submit the 2025-2029 consolidated plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development on or before August 11, 2025.
