Youth Engagement in Sports(YES)

Mission Statement:

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health awarded the City of Pine Bluff $800,000 from the Youth Engagement in Sports (YES) Grant. This is a two-year grant, with $400,000 awarded each year. Jack Robey Junior High and Robert F. Morehead Middle School holds the honor of being selected to participate as the funding is specifically for students who are in the 6th-8th grades.

Purpose:

We have set a goal to enroll 300 scholars in our inaugural class. During our program your participants  will have access to our new aquatics center where they will be paired with a certified swim instructor. There will also be other fun and interactive activities for them to experience while enjoying our facility. Transportation will be provided and the program is free.
