Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older at all times while in the facility.

Water Aerobics Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in our swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming. It is a resistance training that typically takes place in waist deep or deeper water |
