The City of Pine Bluff is soliciting statements of qualifications (in compliance with AR Statue 19-11-802) from firms interested in providing on-call professional architectural services for design and management.

The bid should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 200 E. 8th Ave. by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
